Terms of Service

1. The service

BookMyPlot is software for plot and land developers: interactive plot maps, live inventory, a lead CRM, broker tracking, site visits, online booking, and automatic WhatsApp and SMS messages. It runs in your web browser. We may improve or change features over time.

2. Your account and the free trial

You must give correct details and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what people you invite do in your account.

New accounts start with a free trial of the length shown on our pricing page. No card is needed. When the trial ends without a plan, the account becomes read-only: you can still sign in and see everything, but cannot change it until you choose a plan. We keep your data for 30 days after that and may delete it afterwards.

3. Plans, prices and payment

Prices on our website are in Indian rupees and do not include GST. GST at the applicable rate is added at checkout and shown on your tax invoice. You are responsible for giving us correct billing details, including your state and, if you have one, your GSTIN.

Yearly plans are paid once for twelve months. Monthly plans renew every month, by autopay (UPI Autopay, card or eNACH) where we offer it, or by a payment you make each month. Payments are processed by our payment partner, Cashfree.

If a payment fails we retry and tell you. Your account keeps working for 7 days; after that it becomes read-only until payment is made.

You can move to another plan at any time. A new plan starts when its payment succeeds. We do not credit unused time on the plan you leave. A move to a smaller plan is refused if your account is over that plan's limits (for example more projects than it allows).

We may change prices for future periods with at least 30 days' notice. A price change never affects a period you have already paid for.

4. Your own WhatsApp, SMS and payment accounts

BookMyPlot sends your WhatsApp and SMS messages through accounts that you connect and own (for example Meta, MSG91 or Twilio), and takes online booking payments through your own Cashfree account. You pay those providers directly. We do not resell messages or payments and we add nothing to their charges.

You are responsible for following your providers' rules, including approval of WhatsApp message templates, registration of SMS senders and templates on the DLT portal, and for having the consent of the people you message.

5. Your data

Your data stays yours: your projects, plots, buyers, leads and files. You give us permission to store and process it only to run the service for you. Buyers who enquire through your pages are your customers, and you are responsible for how you use their details.

You can export your data before it is deleted. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle personal data.

6. What you must not do

Do not use BookMyPlot to break the law, to send spam or messages people did not agree to receive, to mislead buyers about plots, approvals or prices, to attack or overload the service, or to try to see another company's data. We may suspend an account that does.

7. Availability and support

We work to keep the service running and to fix problems quickly, but we cannot promise it will never be interrupted. Support is by email and chat on the plans that include them, and by priority or dedicated support where your plan says so.

8. Cancelling

You can stop renewing at any time from the Plan and billing page. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. After that the account is read-only, and we keep your data for 30 days. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy for refunds.

We may end or suspend an account that breaks these terms or does not pay. We will tell you why where we can.

9. Limits of our responsibility

BookMyPlot is a software tool. We do not check plot titles, layout approvals, RERA registration or prices, and we are not a party to any sale between you and a buyer. You are responsible for what you publish.

To the extent the law allows, our total responsibility to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim, and we are not responsible for indirect losses such as lost sales.

10. Changes, law and contact

We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and we will tell you of important changes. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
