Privacy Policy

1. Who is responsible

For the details of the people who use BookMyPlot on behalf of a company (your team) and for billing, we decide how the information is used. For the buyers and leads a company collects through its own pages, the company decides how it is used and we process it for them to run the service.

2. What we collect

• Account details: name, email, phone, company, role, and a password stored only in a protected, one-way form.
• Billing details: the name, address, state, GSTIN and email on your invoices, and payment records. Card and bank details are handled by our payment partner Cashfree and are not stored by us.
• Using the service: sign-in times, the actions recorded in your audit log, device and browser type, and error information that helps us fix problems.
• Your website visitors and enquiries: what buyers enter on your pages (name, mobile, email, message or voice recording) and, if the visitor allows it, anonymous visit information such as the pages and plots viewed.
• Requests to us: the details you give when you book a demo or contact us.

3. Why we use it

To run and secure the service, to bill you and issue GST invoices, to send you notices about your account, to give support, to improve the product, and to follow the law. We do not sell personal information.

4. Who else sees it

Only the companies that help us run BookMyPlot: our hosting and database providers, our payment partner (Cashfree), and our email provider. They may use it only for those purposes. We may share information when the law requires it.

5. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies that are needed to keep you signed in. On company pages, anonymous visit tracking is switched on only if the visitor agrees in the consent banner, and the service works without it.

6. How long we keep it

We keep account and billing information while your account is active and for as long as the law requires for tax records. After a plan ends or an account is cancelled we keep your data for 30 days so you can export it, and may delete it after that.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to show you the personal information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for a purpose you agreed to, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. If you are a buyer who enquired through a company's page, please first ask that company; we will help them respond.

8. Security

We protect data with encrypted connections, hashed passwords, encrypted storage of provider keys, strict separation between companies, and activity logs. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell you and the authorities if a breach affects you, as the law requires.
