Questions about pricing
How does the free trial work?
You get 14 days of the Growth plan, free, with no card. When it ends, your account becomes read-only until you choose a plan, and your data is kept safe for 30 days.
Are the prices with GST?
No. Prices are without GST. 18% GST is added at checkout, and you get a proper GST tax invoice for every payment. Add your GSTIN in Plan and billing to claim input credit.
What about WhatsApp and SMS charges?
You connect your own WhatsApp Business and SMS accounts and pay those providers directly. We do not resell messages or add anything to their charges, so you always know what you are paying and to whom. A Usage page counts what was sent so you can check your provider bill.
Is setup included?
Yes, there is no separate setup fee. On yearly Growth and Pro plans our team connects your WhatsApp and SMS accounts and digitises your layouts with you, as listed in each plan. On Starter and monthly plans you set up yourself, with step-by-step guides.
Monthly or yearly?
Yearly gives you two months free and includes the setup help. Monthly can renew automatically by UPI Autopay, card or eNACH. You can switch between them any time.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time from your account. The plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. If you cancel within 7 days of your first yearly purchase we refund it in full.
Can I use my own domain?
Every company gets a free address like yourcompany.bookmyplot.online. On Pro you can also use your own domain, for example plots.yourcompany.in.
What if I outgrow a plan?
Move up whenever you like; the new plan starts as soon as you pay. Need more than Pro offers, or an invoice and agreement in your company name? Book a demo and we will arrange Enterprise.
